  • We ship orders within the U.S. only. Processing times vary, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If an order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged items.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns at this time.
  • If your order arrives damaged or the seal is broken during shipping, we will issue a refund or replacement. Please email us at thunsbunsandjams@gmail.com with your order details and photos.
