At Thun’s Buns and Jams, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier services. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- We ship via [USPS/UPS/FedEx] to ensure reliable delivery.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at thunsbunsandjams@gmail.com.
5. Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or if the seal is broken during shipping, we will offer a refund or replacement.
- Please email us at thunsbunsandjams@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged items and your order details.
6. Address & Order Errors
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
